Whole Wheat Honey Banana Bread Recipe

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 2 t baking powder
  • 1 t baking soda
  • 1/4 t cinammon
  • 1/4 t nutmeg
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 3/4 cup mashed bananas
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • 1/2 cup carob chips (optional)
  • 1/2 cup honey

Stir together dry ingredients. Mash banana and add oil, water and honey. Add to dry ingredients. Bake in greased loaf pan at 325 for 45 minutes or in greased muffin tins for 20-25. Serve for Breakfast with Sarah's Soy Orange Julius
